RETURNS POLICY: Returned Units due to their custom configuration will not be accepted without previous authorization, within 7 days from the delivery date and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The return shipping charges will be absorbed by customer. It is important to inspect unit immediately after delivery by freight company.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING FEE:Due to custom packaging, and shipping costs, we charge a flat rate of $270.00 for shipping within 48 contiguous states (Alaska and Hawaii are higher). Our freight guarantee on shipping handwash sinks is that we will not charge you more than the stated amount and we'll adjust the shipping charges if we can obtain a lower rate.
