The waterproof background polyurethane material is high-visibility yellow with 360° 3M™ Scotchlite® reflective tape around the torso, over the shoulders and around the arms. It also has reflective piping around zipper, collar and pockets. The Windy features welded and sewn seams, a draw string bottom, hook and loop adjustable cuffs, a cell phone pocket and two hand pockets. Meets ANSI 107-1999 Class 3 Standard. Fluorescent yellow.
