1. The wildcard character (*)  For instance, you look up SAS*5135* this pulled up the SAS 5135 and parts SAS 5135-18, SAS 5135-19, etc as well.  Good for a quick product find if customer has part number or partial number.

SEARCH TIPS USED IN THE “FIND” PART OF SEARCH FUNCTION

1. gravity fed -Finds pages with the words gravity and/or fed on them, in the title, or used in the anchor text to link the page. Words may not be near each other (this is known as proximity).
