DFP907LS / 907LS LANYARD STEEL 6' CABLE W/SOFTSTOP Wire Rope Lanyard with SofStop® Shock Absorber Designed to greatly reduce the fall-arresting force. In an actual fall, maximum protection must be given to the worker by arresting the fall as safely and comfortably as possible. Each SofStop® pack contains an inner core of shock-absorbing material designed to expand a maximum of three-and-a-half feet, allowing a soft, stable stop during a fall. For additional protection, each pack contains a back-up safety strap for added strength. SofStop® can be used as a stand alone unit, or built into lanyards, harnesses, and body belts. SofStop® unit consists of a 9/32" diameter uncoated or vinyl-coated steel cable six foot lanyard. Both meet OSHA and ANSI requirements.
